We collect clinical details, diagnostic imaging reports, and payment transaction identifiers solely for the purpose of delivering specialized medical care, billing verification in Indian Rupees (Rs.), and emergency clinical continuity.
Video consultations take place over encrypted peer-to-peer streams. Audio and video streams are never recorded without explicit prior written consent from both the consulting doctor and the patient.
